The Benefit Bank online service will complete the forms for all benefit and tax applications. TBB will screen for eligibility for most benefits except TANF. For Food Stamps, TBB will also provide a dollar estimate.

The Benefit Bank online service will determine the tax credits a person can claim, including the Earned Income Credit and the Child Tax Credit. Clients can e-file their tax returns.

The Benefit Bank online service will determine the combination of forms that is most beneficial for each household. The agency/county/state providing benefits will always make the final determination about client eligibility.
