States Using The Benefit Bank Online Service

The Benefit Bank of Pennsylvania
The pilot program was launched in January 2002 with the goal of shifting the benefit application process from people receiving benefit-by-benefit assistance to looking at the whole family; identifying what that family needed and connecting them to what was available.

In January 2005, the current version of The Benefit Bank online service was released setting the stage not only for expansion throughout the state of Pennsylvania but for development of the The Benefit Bank network throughout the country. With support from agencies like the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, The Benefit Bank now includes additional programs that directly support the state's senior population.
