The Benefit Bank marketing website serves three main audiences, network members, those who are new to The Benefit Bank, and potential clients of The Benefit Bank. The navigation from the home page was recently updated to provide a cleaner more streamlined path for each of these groups to follow. The horizontal menu just under The Benefit Bank logo carries three links: Home, New to The Benefit Bank, Network Members.
Network Members include Affiliates, counselors, program administrators and SfP staff etc. Content they are familiar with can be found through the Counselor and Administrator Login button on the top left-hand side of the page and through the link Network Members in the horizontal menu just under The Benefit Bank logo.
New to The Benefit Bank are those accessing the website who are not members of the network and may be visitors, returning inquirers, researchers etc.
Potential Clients include anyone who can use The Benefit Bank online service.
